If you are interested in holding a fundraiser or selling your product to benefit Susan G. Komen's Greater Fort Worth Affiliate, please take a look at the Guidelines document below.
When you are ready to apply for permission to hold your special event or sell your products, please download and complete the Special Events Application below and follow submission directions. Please note that the application process can take up to two weeks but we try to work as quickly as we can with limited staff.
