How to Apply for Funding
Thank you for your interest in the Komen Affiliate grants program. The Greater Fort Worth Affiliate offers Community Grants for innovative projects in the areas of breast health education, outreach, screening, patient navigation and ancillary services not otherwise available for the medically underserved populations in Tarrant, Parker, Johnson and Hood counties. Programs that specifically address the Statement of Need will be given priority. The Susan G. Komen for the Cure Community Grants of $10,000 or more require a competitive peer-reviewed approval process. To be eligible to apply for a Komen Community Grant, your organization must be: All requests for science research funding should be directed to the Susan G.
