Well, folks, it was a great effort and look how much money was raised in one short week.
Wednesday, Februray 17, mid-morning..........Amount Raised: $17,002.50
The sun has been out for two days and she's still not completely melted! We'll see how things look tomorrow but we are amazed and grateful at the support of our Komen family!
Monday, Februray 15, 8:00 a.m..........Amount Raised: $7,067.50
Well, she's just about the only snow left outside now. Her Valentine sweetheart brought her a heart box of chocolates and a couple of bags of ice. So romantic! We bet we can reach our goal by Monday evening!!

Happy Valentine's Day! Thank goodness the temperature dropped to 31 degrees overnight and that the sun is not out yet. We've made great progress and there's still time to meet our goal of raising $10,000 before she melts!

Goodness, today was quite sunny. Almost all surrounding snow is gone, but our girl is still standing tall! Look how much good our donors and participants have done since Friday morning! We hope tonight is cold!
